Our construction management & project control

The construction manager is the central interface between planning and execution. He coordinates trades, monitors quality and deadlines, manages personnel and materials, and is the first point of contact for the client on site.

The project manager is responsible for the entire project – from cost calculation and resource planning to invoicing. They manage the budget and milestones and ensure that all participants are working towards the same goal.

At BP, we cover both roles – whether conveyor technology, stacker cranes, production plants, or special-purpose machinery. We clarify the tasks we will undertake together in advance: Do you need pure on-site construction management? Project management from behind the scenes? Or both? We discuss this and define a clear scope of services – before the project starts.
