My name is Philip, I was born in 1993, and I manage BP:Bau und Projektsteuerung from Dinkelsbühl. What started as a job on a construction site is now a company with a strong network of specialists and partners.
My motivation? To not just manage projects, but to understand them. Anyone who's done the work themselves knows what matters on a construction site. I bring this experience to every project – whether as a construction manager, project manager, coordinator, or partner for your personnel search.

Some plan their careers at a desk. Mine grew on the construction site – step by step, project by project, achievement by achievement. Today, BP:Bau und Projektsteuerung is your partner for skilled personnel, construction management, and manufacturing in Bavaria, Germany, and worldwide.
2015 – The Beginning as a Mechanic
Started as a mechanic in industry, specializing in conveyor technology and plant engineering. First assignments assembling stacker cranes and logistics systems. This is where I learned how large-scale industrial projects really work – not from books, but from hands-on experience on the construction site.
2016–2017 – International Assembly Experience
Assembly assignments as a mechanic and foreman in France, Belgium, and for the first time in the USA. Specialization in stacker cranes, automated storage systems, and conveyor technology. The experience of working in international teams under different safety standards shaped me – from OSHA in the USA to Safety Passport in the UK.
2017–2018 – Rise to Construction Manager in Plant Engineering
From mechanic to foreman, then to construction manager for major projects. Construction management at Airbus in Broughton (England), Porsche in Zuffenhausen, and other locations across Europe. Responsibility for assembly teams, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance in special-purpose machinery and conveyor technology.
2019 – Founding BP Bau und Projektsteuerung in Dinkelsbühl, Bavaria
The step into self-employment. At 25, I founded my own company in Dinkelsbühl, Bavaria. The service offering from day one: construction management, project management, and personnel deployment for industry – mechanics, electricians, welders, and construction managers, all from one source.
2019–2021 – Growth Through Major Projects at Audi, VW, and Internationally
Construction management and project control at Volkswagen Saxony (ID project, MEB conversion Halls 5 and 6), Audi Ingolstadt (wheel conveyor technology, skid conveyor technology), and international logistics projects in the USA. Building a strong network of subcontractors and skilled workers: mechanics, steelworkers, electricians, PLC specialists, welders (MIG/MAG/TIG), and structural construction specialists.
And the beginning of partnerships that became friendships. Thank you to everyone for that!
2021 – Manufacturing & Partner Network for CNC and Welding Technology
Establishing partnerships with qualified manufacturing companies throughout Germany and Europe. Our manufacturing offering: CNC turning, CNC milling, conventional machining, MIG/MAG/TIG welding, 3D printing for prototypes and small series. Materials ranging from steel and stainless steel to aluminum and plastics. Including heat treatment, surface finishing, and quality inspection.
2022 – Maintenance Management at a Leading Automotive Manufacturer
A milestone for BP Bau und Projektsteuerung: Taking over the maintenance of an automated plant area at a leading German automotive manufacturer. Since then, our team has been permanently on-site for maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Services: Coordination of electricians and mechanics, spare parts management, plant optimization.
2024 – Digitalization: Training Materials, VBA, and Documentation
Expanding our portfolio with digital services for industry: Creation of training materials and work instructions, VBA programming for Excel automation, professional documentation for end customers, noise level measurements according to legal requirements. Technology meets expertise – all from one source.
2025 – Our Own Warehouse and Logistics Services in Dinkelsbühl
Renting our own warehouse and pre-assembly facility in Bavaria. Ideal for prototype assembly, pre-assembly, wiring, and functional testing before delivery. New services: Special transport and rush orders up to Euro pallet size, forklift rental (pallet trucks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts), and special tools – by the hour, by the day, or project-based.
