Free initial consultations

Our initial consultations and appointments are free of charge and without obligation. Therefore, a refund is not possible.

 

Cancellation by the customer

You can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment free of charge at any time. We kindly ask you to inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment so that we can offer the appointment to someone else.

No-show

Should you fail to appear for your appointment without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to require telephone confirmation and/or charge fees for future appointment requests.

 

Cancellation by BP:Bau und Projektsteuerung

In exceptional cases (e.g., illness, unforeseen project assignments), we may need to reschedule an appointment. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative date.
