They transport materials, prepare work areas, assist skilled workers with assembly, and maintain order on the construction site. Their work allows mechanics, welders, and electricians to work more efficiently and concentrate on their core tasks.
The work is physically demanding and requires resilience, reliability, and a willingness to get stuck in.
